Tasks

-Solicit, analyze, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing -Collaborate with the preconstruction and project management teams to ensure alignment from concept through completion -Maintain historical cost data and assist in budgeting and forecasting efforts -Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial construction projects -Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools, templates, and processes -Review plans and specifications to identify scope, risk, and opportunities for value engineering

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred -Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel -Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials -3–20 years of experience in construction estimating (commercial experience strongly preferred) -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
