  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow MirrorScape's client base in the AEC industry
  • Represent MirrorScape at conferences and industry events to expand brand awareness
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and pipeline growth goals
  • Track leads, pursuits, and client interactions in CRM system
  • Collaborate with Business Development, VDC, and Operations teams to align services with project strategies
  • Build relationships with architects, owners, and developers through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Deliver client-facing presentations, demos, and Lunch & Learns to showcase MirrorScape's capabilities

  • 3-5 years of business development, sales, or client-facing experience in the AEC industry (equivalent experience considered)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Texas
  • Familiarity with reality capture services (3D laser scanning, drones, robotics, visualization)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to generate trust and credibility
