Tasks

-Accountable for implementation and maintenance of the Project Interface Management processes and tools. -Support all Contractors, Proponents and Stakeholders in the successful coordination of Interface points and interface queries. -Follow up and support of Master Interface Register and Schedule contained within Interface Management, with focus on maintaining the accuracy of the Master Interface Register. -Ensure that individual stakeholder interface responsibilities are clear and understood during the lifecycle of the project. -Supports individual Interface Single Point Of Contacts (SPOCs) -Develop project performance management interface reports, and support Generation of monthly status report on Interface Management. -Monitor, advise and ensure report on progress of Interface queries and interface points are produced on a regular basis. -Attendance at Interface meetings at various global locations, including Saudi Arabia. -Supports stakeholders in identification of technical interface issues identified in interface meetings. -Leads the interface management team. -Instrumental in the development and co-ordination of the Interface Plan and Strategy for this giga-project.

What You Bring

-Communicates clearly in a professional and appropriate manner with all Stakeholders at all levels (including executive and senior executive level). -Experience of working in complex, large multi-billion, multiple EPC type projects from preFEED through to EPC and commissioning. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering . -Experience of working in the Middle East. -Multi-cultural awareness. -Be commercially astute and understand the different approaches required to managing lump sum and reimbursable work. -Prior background in project engineering or engineering management. -An understanding of Royal Commission requirements is preferable. -Experience in an appropriate industry (ideally in one or more of Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals).
