Tasks

-Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. -Support payroll processes by assisting with time and attendance tracking and resolving payroll-related inquiries. -Serve as the first point of contact for all HR concerns within assigned business units, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries. -Partner with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive employee engagement and performance. -Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries, including healthcare, retirement plans, and leave of absence policies (FMLA, PFL, short-term disability, etc.). -Participate in HR special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. -Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, facilitating new hire onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. -Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience in a human resources generalist or HR business partner role. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. -Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience with HRIS systems and payroll/time and attendance systems preferred. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
