Tasks

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for reporting, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams. -Manage property portals – ensure accurate listings, monitor performance, and maximize visibility. -Manage and optimize CRM reporting to give management and the sales team actionable insights. -Identify problems across workflows and come up with clear, actionable solutions. -Act as the central point of contact for cross-team communication and process alignment. -Connect with property developers’ offices regularly to strengthen relationships, gather updates, and relay critical information to the sales team. -Coordinate between Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns, leads, and follow-ups are aligned and executed.
