-Conduct workshops -Manage client expectations -Deliver presentations to all levels of organizations -Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget -Use case creation and requirements gathering -Identify, validate and document current and to-be states based on client objectives -Create project deliverables -Gather and analyze data for project deliverables -Technology assessment and procurement -Change management strategy and execution -Support business development activities

What You Bring
-Ability to work across multiple projects. -Strong client-facing skills -9+ years of experience in a team-based professional environment -Utility grid operations knowledge, breadth and depth -Demonstrated credentials in utility consulting in two or more of the following areas: -Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader team while contributing to reusable collateral -Utility technologies (Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Demand Response Management System, Geographic Information Systems, Outage Management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Work Management, Automated Metering Infrastructure, or Energy Management Systems) -Organizational change management deployment experience within electric or gas utilities -Excellent written, verbal communication skills -MBA from an accredited school or university -Prosci Change Management certification -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university is required.
