The Role
Overview
Lead structural engineering team, design and manage building projects across Ontario
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Conduct studies, surveys, technical reports and structural inspections. -Supervise the execution of structural work during the construction phase. -Participate and prepare proposal documents to secure strategic opportunities. -Actively participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications (steel, concrete, wood, masonry, etc.). -Lead a team of structural engineers and technicians across Ontario. -Maintain and develop client and stakeholder relationships and conduct business development activities. -Ensure that the engineering work is produced according to the quality standards of the industry and respect the National Building Code and Ontario Building Code.

What You Bring
-Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with PEO. -Minimum of ten (10) years of previous experience as a structural engineer in the industry. -Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an asset. -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Strong experience with structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.). -Detail oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. -Three (3) years of relevant team management experience.
