Assist the Wellness Director in resident care, staffing, medication management, and compliance.

Tasks

-Regulatory Compliance: Manage service agreements, update physician orders, and maintain Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR). -Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team. -Quality Assurance: Assist with incident reports and investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices in senior care. -Medication Management Supervision: Perform weekly cart audits, Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, and expired medication retrieval. -Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. -Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.
