Tasks
-Ensure maintenance strategies are compliant to relevant NZ and International Standards. -Prepares for maintenance activities ensuring that all labour, material and equipment resources are planned for execution -Developing and optimising the operational and maintenance strategies, tactics, and budgets for all assets -Ensure adherence to Mercury Preventive Maintenance and Job Plan Standards

What You Bring
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with our stakeholders and committed to delivering work on time. -Deep knowledge of asset management fundamentals -Demonstrated knowledge of planning, scheduling and budgeting in CMMS - Maximo -Maintenance trade qualification or equivalent engineering experience with greater than 10 years' experience -Practical knowledge of Geothermal and or Hydro power station assets (Desirable but not necessary)
