  • Troubleshoot general contractor field issues quickly and efficiently
  • Verify completion of all tasks to close-out construction projects assigned to Account Team
  • Manage Account Team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Support Personnel
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency and/or service
  • Minimize team related inter-company issues on orders, purchase orders, and collections (Metric TBD)
  • Provide technical support and work as a direct contact between the design, sales and operations staff
  • Monitor Account Team communications, service level, efficiency, overall processing skills and competencies.
  • Conduct regular interval and annual performance appraisals for Account Team
  • Escalate customer issues to appropriate parties for timely resolution
  • Responsible for minimizing errors, oversights, back-charges on Account Team Projects
  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining high standard of competency and accuracy for all work performed by the Project Team
  • Minimize mistakes (ICO less than .65% of total invoiced)
  • Communicate relevant account information to proper internal personnel
  • Identify Account Team training needs, train as required, or reach out to arrange for training

  • Product Knowledge / Project Manager Skills
  • Handle high volume of work (Approx 200K per Person per Quarter)
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Demonstrate Industry Knowledge
  • Learn and Retrain Product Knowledge (Average Test Scores of 9.0 out of 10.0 or greater average for all team members)
  • PMP Certification is strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel to job sites and customer locations as needed
  • Management / Leadership Skills
  • Ability to train, lead, inspire, and delegate team to:
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts calculating margins.
  • Ability to maintain or increase profit margin (Gross Margin of 35% or greater per quarter for all accounts assigned)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, and legal documents such as contracts. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community with clarify and professionalism.
