Tasks

-Inspect raw materials and machinery to identify defects and malfunctions -Run quality controls on components and final products -Document technical issues and solutions. -Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed -Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes -Maintaining laboratory workplace with additive printers and workbenches. -Creating conceptual design using Creo with innovative mindset and passion to work with multiple team members. -Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems

What You Bring

-In-depth knowledge on Hardware/System/Mechanical design -Experienced in being a team player to meet the deliverables. -Min. 4-5 years’ experience in Creo Solid modelling, assembly, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing, GD&T. -Risk management documentation as per ISO 14971 -Knowledge on document and change management process in medical device industry. -Worked in all phases of medical device life cycle (sustenance, post market support, complaint handling) -Understanding in Quality Management System as per ISO 13485 -Thorough knowledge on Failure Analysis, RCA/Troubleshooting and resolution -BE/ B Tech in Mechanical or equivalent -You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. -Experience in Handling CAPA activities and report out. -Experience in working with suppliers and lead time calculation is required -Experience with metal & plastic components
