Create, maintain, and edit different layouts in P6 to:
Candidate will support the leadership and development of the Scheduling Department tools, training, templates, resources, etc.
Coordinate the development and ongoing management of all aspects of the schedule with project supervision, owners, and subcontractors/vendors.
Work directly with some projects to coordinate the development and ongoing management of all aspects of the schedule with project supervision, owners, and subcontractors/vendors.
Travel as needed to support projects outside of their primary office location.
Build and manage a Baseline schedule using CPM best practices including the WBS to detail out the areas/types of work (schedules more than 2500 activities).
Maintain and update a resource loaded schedule to keep cost and durations accurate.
Work with others who are taking responsibility for their own scheduling efforts to mentor them through the scheduling process to ensure that CPM best practices are being implemented consistently and their schedule(s) support execution of their project(s).
Create TIA (Time Impact Analysis) reports using historical data captured from the CPM tool being utilized on site as well as work with project teams to help develop mitigation plans where needed.
Resource load baseline schedules in order track earned value metrics as determined by the client or Project Management team.

Ideal candidate will preferably have 10+ years in commercial construction management, with at least 5+ of those years creating and managing CPM Schedules (Candidate does not have to have held the title “Scheduler”).
Have communication skills to clearly and concisely brief Management on a regular basis.
Can work with minimal supervision while have outstanding communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and time management skills.
Candidate should be highly proficient in either Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and have at least some experience in and be willing to become highly proficient in the other.
Use Excel to analyze large data sets and multiple schedules at once
Possession of a “Builder First” attitude while being a proficient CPM Scheduler.
Ability to juggle demands from multiple project teams effectively – setting appropriate priorities and managing realistic expectations.
Work in both large and small collaborative team environments and be able to work with varying personalities and priorities while embracing the Holder Construction culture.
Ability to work in a large collaborative team environment and to mentor, train and assist in the professional development of one or more junior schedulers is desired.
Candidate should be familiar enough with the Construction process to be able to identify and discuss upcoming potential issues and suggest mitigations.
