-Data Entry: Maintain precise records in the Weightron system and ensure timely reporting. -Documentation Checks: Verify delivery paperwork for accuracy and compliance. -Weighbridge Monitoring: Check equipment is functioning correctly and within tolerance. -Site Inductions: Welcome first-time drivers and guide them through safety protocols. -Compliance: Identify and report non-conformances promptly. -Daily Reporting: Prepare and share accurate reports with site management and commercial teams. -Emergency Response: Act as the key contact during on-site emergencies, following escalation procedures. -Traffic Management: Coordinate vehicle movements for safe and efficient operations. -Communication: Liaise with internal teams and visitors, using two-way radios when required.
