The Role

Overview

Repair and maintain residential units, handling routine and emergency tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Communicate any unresolved maintenance issues and/or concerns to the management team as soon as possible. -Perform routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance -Ensure the communities are clean and well-maintained. -Maintains material and supply inventory. -Oversee work that is performed by third party vendors. -Prepare apartment homes for future residents ensuring that each apartment is move in ready -Prioritizing, allocating, and completing service requests. -Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the community. -Take regular rotating shifts being on call – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Highschool diploma or equivalent. -Utilizing troubleshooting skills to address a variety of residential services requirements (ex. -18 years of age or older -Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 80 pounds. -Able to function effectively both within a team and individually. -1+ year of general maintenance experience. -Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and have reliable form of transportation.
