The Role

Finance analyst partnering with operations to manage budgets, forecasts, and project accounting.

Tasks

-Review and identify opportunities to improve existing processes -Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects, such as credit evaluation and cost-benefit analysis -Track project costs and ensure compliance with internal policies and the relevant accounting standards -Support month-end and year-end closing activities, and prepare and present financial reports and key performance indicators to the Management/Board -Prepare, verify and ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customer -Project Management for Disbursement Recovery and Capital Projects, including but not limited to the following tasks: -Support the preparation and submission of forecast and budget plans to the Management/Board -Assist in project closure activities and understanding the variances between actual costs and budget -Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities -Manage the financial aspects of a project from initiation to commissioning -Finance business partner to operations, working closely with and providing strategic insights across various stakeholders

What You Bring

-Good analytical and problem-solving skills -Knowledge in using SAP and BPC would be an advantage -Degree in Accountancy from a recognised university -Good writing and interpersonal skills -Effective team player, highly motivated and independent -1 to 2 years of relevant work experience -Conversant with MS Office -Proactive, hands-on, resourceful and with an eye for details
