Office Manager - Domain - Sydney

Overview

Manage daily operations and facilities of Domain's Pyrmont office and support Brookvale.

Tasks

-Managing a monthly social budget and organising social functions for staff. -Assist with new starters (first day set up) and conduct office tours. -Maintaining facilities such as lighting, air conditioning, electricals, etc. -Managing relationships with workplace services and other contractors. -Ensuring office furniture is maintained and looked after or replaced. -Assist with fire warden responsibilities. -Communicating with staff via Slack and a weekly newsletter.

-Working with the Office Experience Lead on any office changes or desk/team moves. -Excellent time management skills -BA Degree or equivalent -Able to multitask and have good organisational skills -Previous experience in an organisational/event type role favourable -Proficiency in computer use -Previous experience in an admin type role required -Great attention to detail
