Tasks
-Mentor and coach your team, fostering career development and embedding a digital-first culture. -Drive adoption of digital construction techniques across projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards. -Represent the company at industry events, promote our capabilities to key stakeholders, and spearhead supply chain engagement workshops. -Act as a key contact for project teams, clients, and supply chains, ensuring efficient information management and digital tool utilisation. -Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and ensure alignment with Exchange Information Requirements. -Oversee regional resource planning, software deployment, and innovative solution onboarding.
