Tasks

-Collaborate on commercial and industrial pursuits -Communicate project updates to leadership -Engage in client contact, proposal preparation, and interviews -Identify business development opportunities across disciplines -Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams -Lead design for commercial, industrial, and data center projects -Develop and maintain client relationships -Uphold Stantec standards for quality, safety, and project delivery -Prepare deliverables across all project phases -Develop winning strategies for RFPs -Facilitate team and client meetings -Deliver engaging presentations, both written and verbal

What You Bring

-Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision -Minimum 15 years of experience in data centre and industrial building projects -Advance inhouse architectural expertise and methodologies -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code -Strong business development track record in data centre and industrial sectors -Proven ability to lead all aspects of the project cycle—from briefing to substantial performance -Degree in Architecture; Registered Architect (OAA preferred) -Expertise in design, technical detailing, and construction documentation
