Tasks

-Administrating our contracts and issuing the correct contractual notices -Assisting with resolution of disputes and learning negotiation strategies -Producing integrated cost forecasts for projects -Managing commercial issues related to withheld, disputed or disallowed costs -Assisting with subcontract preparation following procurement -Assessing interim and final accounts

What You Bring

-Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred. -Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal) -Eligible to work in the UK *Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship on this role -Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Quantity Surveying but we will consider other RICS accredited degree
