Tasks

-Perform minor repairs to building fabric, fixtures, and fittings. -Assist with contractor access and supervision when required. -Ensure safe working practices and use of PPE. -Support simple mechanical tasks. -Provide good customer service to building users. -Carry out basic planned and reactive maintenance tasks. -Report faults and safety issues promptly.
