Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies in coordination with Sales, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Prepare and present campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions while monitoring campaign effectiveness and introduce new approaches to pivot.
Create a wide range of compelling content assets for various platforms including (but not limited to) websites, social media, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials.
Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle, from ideation and development to production and publication, ensuring consistent quality and messaging.
Produce and edit high-quality video content and graphics, optimized for both user engagement and search engine visibility.
Translate complex technical information and thought leadership into engaging, visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Uphold and enforce brand integrity across all campaigns and content, ensuring alignment with NDT Global’s corporate identity, design standards, and communication style.

Advanced knowledge of graphic design (I.e. Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
Experience working in a global and cross-cultural environment is preferred.
A background in professional services or B2B organizations is preferred.

Experience in the development, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns.
A bachelor's degree from a university or technical college in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field is required

Proficient experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
