Tasks

-Identify & communicate HVAC issues with customers -Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions -Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job -Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions -Document work performed by following company procedure. -Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs -Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed

-Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory -5+ years of experience in residential HVAC services -Physical dexterity -Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable -Extensive knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures -Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen -Sales and Customer Service Experience required
