Service Engineer

Overview

Field service engineer handling warranty repairs and maintenance for uPVC products.

Key Responsibilities

• stock management

Tasks

-Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed -Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments -Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards -Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs. -Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer -To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers -Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment -Good communication skills -A full driving license -Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role -Good time management skills -Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification) -A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
