The Role

Overview

Leads multi-disciplinary team to deliver safety, environmental, construction, and facilities services

Tasks

-Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of projects and daily operations. -Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all functional areas. -Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for a multi-disciplinary team of up to 15 professionals. -Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, risk management, and compliance status. -Ensure contract compliance by aligning service delivery with customer requirements, corporate policies, and applicable codes, standards, and regulations. -Develop and manage short- and long-term plans for safety, environmental compliance, facilities planning, construction management, space planning, and quality initiatives. -Support workforce planning, hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management to build a strong and capable team. -Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for assigned services to achieve operational and financial objectives. -Lead by example in promoting ethical conduct, accountability, and teamwork. -Partner with program leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize performance.

What You Bring

-Experience working under U.S. Government or large-scale commercial O&M contracts is highly desirable. -Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. -Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Must have active DV clearance or ability to maintain current clearance** -Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results across diverse functional areas. -Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. -Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality management principles within an O&M or construction environment.
