Tasks

-Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and QA teams. Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements traceability. -Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. -Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements. -Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. -Support non-functional requirements definition (performance, security, accessibility. -Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. -Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. -Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively at all levels. -Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives and BA best practices. -Ensure alignment of requirements with project scope, timelines, and business value. -Monitor BA and Agile delivery KPIs, recommending process improvements where needed. -Facilitate workshops and solution discussions to achieve consensus on requirements and priorities.
