What You Bring

-Experience in managing staff utilization and maintaining project manpower budgets. -Private and public sector building structures experience managing projects and clients is highly desirable. -Only recipients of an offer of employment from Dewberry, will be required to submit to a background screening which may include, but is not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, driving record check, criminal background check, and an investigative consumer report. These screenings will be conducted by Dewberry’s background vendor of choice and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law -A PE License in one or more states. -Strong leadership talents and demonstrated success supervising people. -Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. -Experience in managing project teams. -At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization. -Experience in developing private and public sector client proposals, including technical and fee proposals. -Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred). -Experience with design of water treatment and wastewater treatment structures. -Minimum of 15 years of experience with a strong technical background in building structures and related engineering. -Experience with design of structural steel and reinforced concrete building structures.
