Tasks

-Continually communicate building issues to end users, and TSM -They will support with Inductions and managing stores and quoting parts for work repairs. They will be required to ensure back of house standards are maintained, both Audit site and the team and delivery of Engineering Standards. -Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment. -Host, oversee and work with visiting contractors, both project-related and in support of the operational team activities, as directed by the TSM -Control and supervise Engineers -Issue and clearance of Permits to Work as required within there discipline. -Coordinate with FM infrastructure teams to facilitate isolations, reconnections and the formal handover of completed works. -Liaise with the account Compliance Lead to ensure audit compliance at all times -Develop and maintain consistent, professional and effective communication with project managers, contractors, consultants, customers and client representatives. -Manage work delivery at client premises, ensuring agreed quality objectives and timely project completion -The role will provide support in the coordination, planning and monitoring of the engineers , auditing, and enforcement of the Control of Work requirements. The role is responsible for the safe execution, agreed quality and timely completion of PPMs and Work orders work and to ensure that the Client & JLL requirements are adhered to at all times. Help planning with the contract support the onsite team work load, while also required to act as an interim manager covering absences and leave on site and planning the work load.. Accountable to the Technical Management. Will also work alongside the planning and scheduling team and engineering delivery. Provide first point of contact for the engineering team. -Provide emergency response standby, call out. Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Technical Services M Account Manager in response when required to support with esculations . Respond to work interruptions, outages or emergencies consistent with the SLA. Establish emergency response escalation programs working with the client and Security to ensure the appropriate representatives are notified of emergency conditions in a timely manner. -Ensure completion of all reactive Helpdesk Requests ensuring closing and completion in line with SLA’s -Look to innovate and improve on best practices and support JLL growth by developing skill sets and learning new processes. -Assist the technical team with documenting workplace inspections and Audits to JLL and Client requirements. -Bring to the immediate attention of Technical Management team and Site Lead. any critical incident or problem that could affect the ability of the JLL Team to meet their contractual obligations or BP’s expectations. -Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Technical Management team. -Carry out SOCs and point of work risk assesssmnts -Take appropriate action where sub-standard performance has been identified. Ensure this is escalated. -Issue of isolation Certificates to all Mechanical required works -Ensure maintenance is carried out in line with JLL procedures, safe systems of work where applicable and action improvements identified during the building and workplace inspections and reviews, support and taking guidance from the Control of Works Lead. -Responsibility for ensuring all related engineering maintenance documentation/records are kept in clearly identified and retrievable systems. -Provide suitable Health & Safety information to the site management team including client protocols & JLL requirements, local procedures, welfare facilities. -Operate to forward maintenance plan that track asset condition provide real time data via correigo to the TSM. -To ensure all PPM’s are carried out to schedule and ensure completion of all reactive Helpdesk Requests ensuring closing and completion in line with SLA’s working with the sites planning and scheduling team. -Carry out tasks and work orders to meet SLAs and PPMs set by the contract. -Provide supervision and leadership of a Technical Team that ensures the efficient and safe operation of client location(s). Lead and develop a ONE TEAM approach with all Integral/ JLL staff and supply partners as part of Third Party Contractor Management. . -Manage safe execution of work to ensure adherence to the safe systems of work. -Ensure that refresher training is undertaken for safety critical job specific requirements at regular intervals. -Support the Client Projects / JLL Projects and Operational teams by coordinating activity and advising limitations, from both a COW process.
