Tasks
-Facilitate the collection of best practices, tools and resources to ensure effective project execution and account transformation -Responsible for managing client Innovations Program ensuring that quarterly innovation ideas meet client criteria, responsible for leading the quarterly client Innovations forum, and tracking/reporting Innovation ideas through successful implementation -Works effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and safe-space for all ideas -Support client self-identified audit projects, adhering to milestones and ensuring all deliverables are met for successful audit closure -Monitor, track, and report overall Program progress; identifying potential risks with business and service line leaders to identify mitigation strategies -Coordinate and successfully execute multiple key strategic initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield's most complex full-service real estate account, ensuring that initiatives meet all business requirements and are completed on time -Ensure strong linkage, support and communication with client's leadership and within each internal line of business

What You Bring
-Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training preferred -Excellent problem-solving skills. Handles ambiguity comfortably. -Innovative, forward thinking, comfortable with going deep and wide -Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership in dynamic business situations -Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities. -Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills -Self-driven. Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision -5+ years of experience in a Program/Project/Change Management and/or Real Estate services -Has a desire to grow professionally as the role’s responsibility grows rapidly with the business -Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field -Experience influencing stakeholders at executive level, and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to deliver results -Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
