Tasks

-Provide basic legal support in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of commercial contracts, board resolution, minutes and other legal documents. -Prepare concise summaries, reports, and presentations on legal matters. -Support legal counsel with day-to-day tasks. -Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including coordinating the execution of legal documents, managing notarization process, and following up on the status of insurance and legal matters. -Maintain and organise legal files, corporate records and contract database. -Liaise and coordinate with external service provider including corporate secretary, external counsel and insurance broker to support Legal Department.

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). -Proficient in written and spoken English. -Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
