Overview

Lead civil and structural works on fast-track infrastructure projects

Tasks

-Lead and mentor site staff, including Clerks of Works, and coordinate with the project planner to align on schedules and milestones. -Monitor progress and quality, implement risk assessments, and ensure timely delivery of both temporary and permanent works. -Supervise daily site works, ensuring alignment with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), EHS standards, and DOSH regulations. -Oversee and coordinate all civil and structural design activities and ensure effective site execution. -Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and the internal delivery team to resolve technical issues.

What You Bring

-Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication capabilities. -Proven experience in civil and structural management on fast-track construction projects. -Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams under pressure. -In-depth understanding of EHS compliance, risk management, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., DOSH).
