What You Bring

-You are comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. -Your bachelor’s degree is preferred. -You have strong attention to detail and can accomplish tasks quickly and with a high degree of accuracy. -You have excellent editing and proofreading skills and can draft accurate documents. -You can manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. -You have 7+ years of administrative experience and your law office experience is a plus. -You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive. -You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). -You have experience w/ a ticketing/case management system (ex. NetSuite or Salesforce). -You have strong research skills and can quickly locate and compile relevant information. -You have excellent data entry, organizational, and file management skills. -You can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
