Tasks

-Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and delivery standards. -Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. -Support the implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings. -Work closely with finance, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless business operations. -Oversee daily operational activities across warehousing, logistics, and distribution. -Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, health & safety, and ISO standards. -Monitor and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of compliance and quality management systems -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/stock management systems. -Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. -Previous experience in an operations, supply chain, or logistics role (medical or regulated industry desirable).
