Tasks
Reporting to the Director of Land & Partnership, you will be required to deliver business plan targets set by the Head of Land & Partnerships and work with colleagues in other functions and with all Land & Partnerships staff to deliver development projects by acquiring a portfolio of high-quality mix use residential led projects. This will be achieved by securing land led, package deal, S106 or Joint Venture opportunities.

What You Bring
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment. You will have a strong background in working with local authorities, developers, promotors, agents and landowners and be able to develop and maintain a clear understanding of all affordable housing products and requirements. This includes grant, planning, product value and growth potential, as well as more specific in-house and regulatory affordable housing compliance requirements.
