Overview
Maintains building, grounds & equipment; handles work orders, preventative tasks, documents work.

Tasks
-Performs duties involved in the upkeep of the building exterior and grounds upkeeping. -Uses equipment and materials properly and follows Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures. -Fosters conditions that allow people and communities to reach their full potential -Performs preventative maintenance of rotating and stationary equipment as assigned. -Drives company vehicle for pickups and deliveries as directed. -Performs routine maintenance as well as cleaning, painting, and other duties to improve the facility or equipment. -Follows all safety rules and regulations and reports potentially unsafe conditions. -Performs support services in a courteous and timely manner. Remains current on new techniques and technology applicable to position. -Complete assigned work request in a timely manner -Performs preventative maintenance tasks on a wide variety of general facility equipment located both inside and outside the building. -Accomplish preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled -Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition. -Documents work performed in company’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

What You Bring
-Safe and effective use of hand and power tools -Valid driver’s license -Good verbal and written communication skills -Experience with effective documentation of work detail data into a computerized system -Moderate physical activity and manual dexterity with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance -Holds and maintains a good driving record -Is mindful about family, health and well-being -3+ years of experience in building, grounds and equipment maintenance -Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner -High school diploma or equivalent preferred
