Tasks
You will be the engine for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth - building and executing multi-channel campaigns, improving conversion across the website and paid media, and enabling sales with programs that open doors and progress deals. You’ll work closely with the AE team, product marketing, and leadership to focus efforts where they drive the most impact. We're scaling fast - and we need a Demand Generation Manager to fuel that growth. This is your chance to build the programs that drive qualified pipeline, open high-value conversations, and accelerate revenue across ANZ and the US. You'll work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership team to architect campaigns that matter, convert, and scale. -Design and iterate on email, lifecycle, and nurture sequences that progress leads to opportunities -Hands-on with marketing ops tools (GA, GTM, GSC) and BI dashboards -Stand up and refine the growth tooling stack across analytics, attribution, and automation -Build, run, and optimise integrated campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, and partner channels to increase qualified pipeline -Partner with sales on targeted, account-based plays that create meetings with ICP accounts -Track and report on funnel performance, turning insights into next-best actions and budget allocation -Test new channels and creative systematically to find efficient, scalable growth levers

What You Bring
We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth - combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritise work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks. -Experience launching into new regions or verticals -Experience marketing to asset-heavy industries, real estate, facilities, or infrastructure -4+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing -Clear, persuasive copywriting for landing pages, ads, and email -Strong command of analytics, attribution and scoring to determine what’s working and why -Own website and landing page conversion, improving lead capture and driving higher demo and meeting rates -Collaborative mindset with sales, comfortable enabling outbound and ABM motions -Proven ability to build pipeline through multi-channel programs and rigorous experimentation -Hand-on experience with marketing automation platforms - ideally Hubspot -Bias to action, commercial focus, and comfort operating in ambiguity
