Tasks

-Regulation A Compliance: Oversee all aspects of BOXABL's Regulation A offerings, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to prepare and file the necessary documentation, including Form 1-A, Form 8-A, and Form 10-Q. -Retail Investor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with individual retail investors through various channels, including investor conferences, roadshows, webinars, and social media platforms. Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide accurate information regarding BOXABL's financial performance, industry trends, and strategic initiatives. -Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Conduct benchmarking analyses and peer comparisons to evaluate BOXABL's performance relative to industry standards. -Financial Communications: Draft press releases, earnings announcements, and investor presentations to effectively communicate BOXABL's financial results, milestones, and key developments. Work closely with the CFO and finance team to analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports for shareholders and stakeholders. -Institutional Investor Relations: Collaborate with institutional investors, analysts, and financial advisors to communicate BOXABL's value proposition and investment thesis. Organize investor meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase BOXABL's technology, products, and growth trajectory. -Develop and Implement Investor Relations Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive investor relations plans to effectively communicate BOXABL's vision, performance, and growth prospects to retail investors and institutions. Collaborate with executive leadership to align investor relations efforts with corporate goals and objectives.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. -Strong understanding of SEC regulations, particularly Regulation A offerings, and experience with financial reporting and compliance. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. -Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing data and market insights to drive decision-making and enhance investor value. -Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with retail and institutional investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders. -Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
