Maintain or pursue certifications like NACE Coating Inspector, SSPC, and NASSCO Manhole Inspector.
Partner with customers and internal staff to troubleshoot product questions, resolve field issues, and ensure coatings are applied correctly.
Deliver hands-on training and demonstrations for contractors, teaching best practices for applying sewer and manway coating systems.
Stay ahead of the curve on evolving industry standards, test methods, and application technologies.
Continue developing expertise in corrosion prevention, coatings technology, application techniques, and inspection tools.
Serve as a field application specialist, ensuring surface preparation, mixing, and application meet Tnemec standards.
Conduct on-site fieldwork such as job start-up support, product demonstrations, failure analysis, and sample testing.
Provide technical research summaries, failure analysis reports, and field trip documentation to support ongoing projects.
Act as the company’s go-to liaison for sewer and manhole rehabilitation products.

Physically able to lift 100 lbs and work at heights
Comfort with basic math and reporting
Security clearance for government, military, and petrochemical facilities
