Tasks
-Time management: Manage project timelines and consistently meet deadlines. -Collaborate with our team to review submittals and respond to RFIs, ensuring compliance and smooth project execution. -Technical guidance: Provide expertise and support to the team. -Critical thinking: Tackle complex architectural challenges with thoughtful analysis. -Bring your creativity to life by producing detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules for various projects. -Showcase your expertise by handling all conventional aspects of architecture assignments or specific portions of projects. -Apply building codes and standards in line with the complexity of each project. -Take charge of executing and coordinating projects from inception to successful completion. -Mentoring: Share your knowledge and support the growth of less experienced architectural and interior design staff. -Enhance project efficiency by modifying and developing standard details. -Embrace team leadership responsibilities as the main contact for engineers and consultants.

What You Bring
-Excellent team management and leadership skills. -Communication: Articulate ideas effectively and foster seamless collaboration with team members and clients. -For unlicensed Architects: A degree in architecture or related field and a demonstrated passion for the profession. -Problem-solving: Think outside the box and overcome hurdles with ingenuity. -Software proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software and firm tools to accomplish work efficiently. -3+ years of experience across a variety of architectural projects. -Demonstrate your flair for writing narratives, reports, assessments, and other written work, with support from our team as needed. -Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). -For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in the applicable state. -Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
