Coordinate BIM/VDC for electrical systems, modeling, clash detection, and field support.

Tasks
-Maintain project tracking numbers and metrics -Responding to contractor RFIs -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Review of design drawings and submittals -Update model content based on redlines and as-builts -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Coordinate with other disciplines for the successful design, coordination, and delivery of projects. -Use Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. -Preparing punch lists during various stages of construction -Identify prefab opportunities -Develop plans and specifications with resolutions for solving unique issues -Performing construction site field observations reports -Model and coordinate electrical, low voltage, and control systems. -Reviewing shop drawings and construction submittals

What You Bring
-Able to produce electrical floorplans and conduit routing plans for construction packages -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel); -Basic understanding of fire alarm and security systems. -Personal, reliable transportation is a MUST -Proficiency with Bluebeam and ability to review electrical drawing packages and provide markups within the PDFs -Regular, reliable attendance -Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Preform QA/QC for all deliverables -Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagrams, panel schedules and floorplans. -Knowledge in NEC and NFPA 70 code, and state and local codes. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail -Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical school; or equivalent work experience
