Tasks

As a key member of our Estimating Team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting tenders for Highways Electrical. Your focus will be on identifying bid opportunities, gathering and creating high-quality supporting material, managing submission portals, and working closely with the wider Bid Team to develop compelling proposals. -Championing document management, change control, and continuous process improvement. -Producing high-quality content for ITTs, PQQs, and SQQs across the full scope of our service delivery. -Overseeing and managing all client portals, ensuring information is shared quickly and accurately. -Maintaining and updating bid and CRM tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. -Supporting the Bid Manager in the ongoing development of a central library of bid support materials.
