Overview

Handles shipping, receiving, inventory, and forklift ops in a construction/telecom warehouse.

Tasks

-Operation of forklift as required -Assisting technicians with loading material -Lifting heavy items up to 40 Ibs -Build and maintain relationships with our field technicians ensuring we are meeting the warehousing demands of staff -Verification of incoming and outgoing materials -Assist in warehouse safety, cleanliness and waste disposal

What You Bring

-Three or more years of construction or telecommunications experience -Proven computer skills – must be intermediate to advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft products -Experience with auditing process’s that include all operational aspects with specific focus on process compliance, assets protection, security, quality control and labor utilization -Experience with inventory tracking system’s as well as procedures for handling all inbound and outbound stock -Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills -Three or more years of warehouse experience - preferably in a high volume environment -Ability to work independently and in a team environment -Ability to work in a dynamic environment where needs change based on customer demands -Experience in establishing relationships with various levels of an organization -Forklift Operator Certification an asset
