-- Dispatch and logistics follow-up -Identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement best practices for faster turnaround and higher customer satisfaction. -- Loan processing coordination -Coordinate between multiple departments, the internal process excellence team, and -Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports for process monitoring and performance tracking. -Ensure compliance with government norms, subsidy guidelines, and company SOPs.

What You Bring

-Good knowledge of government portal processes, subsidy schemes, and documentation handling will be an added advantage. -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. -2–6 years of relevant experience in operations, process excellence, or customer lifecycle management (renewable energy/solar industry experience preferred). -Education: MBA (Operations / General Management preferred) -Strong process orientation with ability to handle multiple stakeholders. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM tools.
