Tasks

-Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. -Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. -Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site. -Lead, train, and develop fulfillment team members. -Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and storage. -Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or delivery delays -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost. -Coordinate with Projectmanagement, Requisition engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packager and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow. -Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. -Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or inventory shortages. -Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

What You Bring

-Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain management. -Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Engineering (mechanical/electrical HTL), Commercial education, Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or related field. -Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
