Tasks
-Works with the Field Trainer on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers -Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency -Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully. -Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness -Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors both in the office and in the field -Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors -Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement -Partner with leadership on identifying systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address gap -Recruit subcontractors as needed

-Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. -Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. -Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction. -Must hold a valid driver's license. -Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality. -Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services. -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities -Able to travel 2-4 weeks out of the month to various offices in the region -Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. -Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). -Prior experience in gutter and gutter protection system installation -Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional. -Familiarity and comfort using ladders of various heights. -Track record of successfully recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors -Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. -Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). -More than 50% domestic travel required.
