Electrical Engineer

Overview

Perform LV electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding and reactive repairs on site.

Tasks

-To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and to assist in any training of the team. -To perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all associated water services equipment, including fault diagnostics and repair. -To learn, understand and comply with Client policies and procedures -If requested, to assist with the monitoring and supervision of subcontractors on a day to day basis, including apprentices. This to include assisting with the processing and completion of college reports if required. -Achieve contract SLA/KPI in all reactive / planned work orders across all service lines for the contract site. -To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures -To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, using point of work risk assessments where required. -To attend and fully participate in training and the annual review / appraisal process as required -Participate in adherence to Quality System documentation.

What You Bring

-Ability to work at heights is advantageous -Able to work as part of a Team or on their own -Full and Clean driving Licence -Ability to carry out minor surveys and inspections -Competent LV Electrical installation and maintenance excluding testing -Reliable and flexible -Experience in 3 phase and single phase Electrical Installations & Repair, motors, pumps and some controls are desirable -Able to process Administration tasks associated with the role -Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge -Simple Report writing is essential to the role. -To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time -Strong customer care focus -City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications -Smart in appearance
