Tasks

Manage lettings, viewings, tenancy agreements, check-ins, and check-outs. Build strong links with contractors, community partners, and local authorities. As a Resident Services Manager, you'll take full ownership of your development, ensuring both the homes and residents receive exceptional care and attention. You'll manage all aspects of property, tenancy, and estate operations, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and local partners. Support the mobilisation and handover of new developments. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to ensure timely and quality completion. From lettings and inspections to maintenance coordination and community engagement, you'll play a central role in creating safe, well-maintained, and welcoming places people love to call home. Conduct regular site inspections and estate walkovers to maintain high standards. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all residents. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and contractual obligations. Lead resident engagement initiatives, communications, and events. What You Bring

Knowledge of tenancy processes, including inventories and compliance. Background in residential property, lettings, or estates management. Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a personal vehicle. Calm under pressure with strong conflict-resolution abilities. IT literate, confident using property management systems and databases. Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We're looking for a confident and motivated individual with a passion for property and people. You'll combine strong organisational skills with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
