Tasks

-Collaborates on training development and delivery. -Assists in defining and subsequently continuously improving Badger’s project management processes and competencies. -Leads the adoption of agile mindset and eventually methodologies by project teams. -Coordinates and manages cross functional solution dependencies across multiple IT and business teams at Badger. -Leads project teams to create and manages Oracle Cloud Applications projects. -Manages Scope, Cost, and Schedule for Badger IT projects. -Adopts and champions roll out of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool. -Crafts and delivers change management (OCM) strategies and plans.

What You Bring

-10+ years of related business and/or IT experience. -ScrumAlliance or other Agile certifications valued. -Innate strength in crafting message to suit the receiving party. -Education bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field, or a combination of education and/or work experience -PMP Certification required. -5+ years of project management experience. -Expert level presentation crafting and delivery skills.
