-Proven ability to lead and develop residential and commercial sales teams. -Training and development, retention, accountability and problem-solving ability. -Energetic, high performing skill set, experience with high pressure and fast-paced environment -Ability to travel for training is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport). -Strong communication skills with all stakeholders and building meaningful relationships with demanding internal and external clients. -5-10 years relevant experience in Retail and / or Operations Management. -Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
