Tasks

Market Analysis: Stay informed of economic conditions, market trends, and legislative changes that may affect the real estate landscape and customer relationships. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, performance, and strategic direction of a property portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with risk management policies, optimizing client relationships, and driving portfolio growth while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and market conditions. Risk Identification: Proactively identify and address risk and opportunity characteristics within the portfolio, with a forward-looking view of market conditions. Strategic Guidance: Provide insights on asset allocation, pricing trends, and industry-specific challenges to steer property originations and optimize portfolio performance. Concentration Risk Management: Help develop and monitor concentration risk methodologies, ensuring balanced portfolio exposure and mitigating over-concentration risks. Innovation in Reporting: Develop and implement advanced portfolio reporting tools and methodologies for continuous monitoring and trend analysis. Risk Management: Analyze, underwrite, and monitor assigned relationships, assessing financial and operational data to recommend risk mitigation and portfolio adjustments. Renewal Management: Collaborate with clients, support staff, and the credit department to manage the renewal process efficiently. Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for internal teams, leadership, and investors.
