You’ve delivered on high-end London projects and you’re ready for more: deeper responsibility, hands-on delivery, and the satisfaction of seeing complex work through on-site. -Revit proficiency, with live project experience (portfolio required). -Immediate to short-notice availability preferred (but not essential). -Prime/High-end London-based project experience (£10-£100+ million) across RIBA Stage 4 & 5. -ARB registered (or equivalent) with full rights to work in the UK. -Delivery in the spotlight: RIBA Stage 4-5 with fast decisions, live site coordination and high accountability. Expect mock-ups, samples and prototyping (stone, metals, timber, lighting) with specialist trades. -An eye for craft and materiality - the intersection between architecture and interiors. -Strong prime London experience on high-end, design-led projects (mixed-use, cultural, hospitality or luxury residential). -Portfolio impact: work you can point to - ownership, a built project, and resolved architecture that stands up to close scrutiny. -Autonomy and ownership: proactive coordination, clear reporting, and calm communication skills. -Proven Revit experience (essential) and confidence delivering at RIBA Stage 5.
